Exchanges & Refunds

  • To minimize returns, our sizing has been tested on various clients, and detailed product descriptions are provided on our website.
  • All products are custom made, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at support@plainhoodies.org
  • Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • In the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging.
    • Supported by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process (for approved cases only)

  • To start a return, email us at support@plainhoodies.org with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how to proceed
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
